    This was the title of an email we just received here at the Twin Plumbers customer care center a few days ago from Alexa in Studio City, CA. So in today’s post, we want educate you as to some of the things you can detect on your own to get to the bottom of it.

In these particular areas, there are a lot of retaining walls built so that, when there are leaks, water will run to the lowest point,s creating a water fall affect seeping down the walls.The most difficult part of these leaks is there are typically found when the water has spread.

    The 3 Most Common Causes of Wall Seepage:

    1- Old or sub-par water proofing : this is when the concrete wall or stucco has become compromised and porous where water intrudes onto the other side.
