Refund policy

Returns and refunds

All sales are final, however in the case of a defective product or missing parts we will replace those units free of charge. We will always do our best to ship out replacement items within 1-2 business days.

Time to refund

Refunds to your card can take 9 - 14 business days to complete. For purchases made with a card through PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days (their policy). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for any items.

Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once an order ships, we can no longer cancel that order. Orders may ship out the same day that the order was placed, so please be aware of this.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
