How Do You Know You’re Hiring the Right Company?

Hiring the right plumber does not have to be challenging.  Being that there are many to choose from we are here to help guide you to finding the right plumber for you.

Check out our video below on some instruction on what to look for:

Plumbers in your town or state will pop up with their websites and information for you to view.  First look on their site or call them to verify they are licensed, bonded, and insured.  Having insurance is very important especially if the plumber gets hurt at your property.  Don’t hire your plumber soley from their cheaper prices.

Then check a few reviews online, such as Google Reviews or Yelp.  It is always nice to read a review from other satisfied customers.  If the company does great work, most of the time they will have rave reviews online. Remember, companies can’t please every customer so don’t shy away from a company if they have a few bad reviews. Having a few bad reviews can actually be a good thing, it means their reviews are most likely genuine.

After checking the reviews be sure to check the BBB for further review of the company. Not all companies will be listed with the BBB, but if they are, check the grade of the company. Companies will be listed on an “A” to “F” rating.  “A” being the highest rated and “F” being the lowest rated. Some companies will have an “accreditation” from the BBB.  This means that the company has met the guidelines to be listed as “accredited” through the BBB.  Keep in mind that accreditation is granted by the BBB upon the company paying a yearly fee to the BBB.  Not all companies will be accredited unless they choose to pay the yearly fee.   Just because they company is not accredited does not mean they are a bad company, it just means they don’t want to pay the yearly fee.

If the company checks out in all those categories now you are ready to hire your plumber. Shall you need further help or have more questions please feel free to contact us anytime. We’re here to help!
